Cape Girardeau {Family} Photographer - The Tyler Family

It is indeed an honor and a privilege to introduce you to the Tyler Family. Their story is truly amazing. Their continued faith and commitment to serve God should be inspiring to all of us!

Here is their story:

On June 5, 2003, 11 year old Andrew Tyson Tyler had a massive heart attack resulting in a severe brain injury. His parents suddenly found themselves parenting and caring for a beloved child with special needs. Ed and Becky, along with nine year old daughter Hannah Lynn and countless family members and friends, lovingly cared for Andrew 24/7 for the next 16 months. Three years after Andrew passed away, the Lord introduced their family to a special needs orphan in Vietnam. On July 4, 2004, they returned to American soil with their newest family member, Samuel Tyson Tyler. He had no hands or feet, but plenty of determination and spunk. Samuel's motto: "no hands, no feet, no problem!" Two years later, the Lord blessed them with 10 year old Lottie Lynn from China. Lottie works very hard to overcome her deveolpmental delays, cp, and icthyosis. She has made great progress and continues to blossom! In June of 2012 three year Duke Tyson Tyler left his orphanage in China where he was one of three hundred to be the fifth child in the Tyler family. His deformed left hand and arm has not slowed him down one bit!

People often tell the Tylers that they are extraordinary people. But the truth, the Tylers are VERY ordinary people serving an extraordinary God.
